What to expect: You will be asked to fill out a health survey and securely submit pictures. A clinician will evaluate your responses, and our medical team will formulate your customized prescription. Then, your custom Rx will be mailed directly to you.
Note for subscriptions: 3-shipment minimum. Orders are sent monthly, but can be adjusted to every 2-3 months with a request to us via chat or support@parallelhealth.io.
