Custom Compounded Prescription

Your custom-compounded prescription is prescribed by a board-certified dermatologist, uniquely crafted to your medical needs or skin health goals. Our formulations respect the balance of a healthy skin microbiome and can support blemishes & breakouts, fine lines & wrinkles, discoloration (dark spots), dryness, irritation, redness, hair thinning, itchiness, and more.

What to expect: You will be asked to fill out a health survey and securely submit pictures. A board-certified dermatologist will evaluate your responses, and our medical team will formulate your customized prescription. Then, your custom Rx will be mailed directly to you.

Where we ship: We currently serve patients in California, Florida, and Hawaii. For patients outside these states, we accept prescriptions from licensed dermatologists and can ship directly to you.

Note for subscriptions: 3-shipment minimum. Orders are sent monthly, but can be adjusted to every 2-3 months with a request to us via chat or support@parallelhealth.io.
